Achieving this recognition for teaching Pilates in Barking and Dagenham means the world to me. The joy and passion I have for teaching fitness has been rewarded not only from the private sector business who judged these awards, but also from my clients who attend my classes each week.
I owe this award to my family, friends and to my clients. Seeing the changes in their postures, wellbeing and everyday movement keeps me motivated to continue to help the people in the community to live healthier and move better with fitness. Thank you all!
