OMG……I can’t believe it…….I lost 5lbs this week taking my 1 stone Christmas target to 8 ½ lbs and my overall weight loss to 3 Stone 8 ½ pounds!!!!
Believe me I never thought this would happen……I am so happy and so overwhelmed…….THANK YOU SLIMMING WORLD AND ZUMBA!!!
I’ve got my first Christmas party on 3rd December and going shopping to get another dress…….losing weight means you need to shop more, it’s a rule apparently. ?
Ladies continue working hard in the Zumba classes as I can see the changes in you and I know we will reach our Christmas target. We are doing this together to get new bodies before 2012.
