Last month I agreed to do a challenge of no chocolate for 2 weeks with Ed, from the gym, who was going to give up bread. Unfortunately Ed was only able to last for 3 days. His love bread was so great that he found it difficult to fully give it up without preparing himself. I on the other had last 5lbs in the first week and lasted 12 days.
As Ed does not want to be called a quitter he has asked to do it again in November. This time Ed has planned his meals and alternatives to bread based products. Let’s see how we both do especially now all the treats are starting to come out in the offices.
So we started the challenge on Monday 4th and we will review it again in two week. I will keep you all posted.
