Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

The following T&C’s apply to LouLou Fitness Classes. We want you to get the most from your class bookings and Private 1-2-1 sessions and the T&C’s below are set out to help you do this and to safeguard our sessions.
By booking a class or Private 1-2-1 session with LouLou Fitness, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below

Before You Start
A Health Questionnaire (PAR-Q), Risk Assessment, Self Declaration form and temperature chcek must be agreed and completed before taking part in a class or Private 1-2-1 session and every 12 months. Please ensure that you update your contact or medical details if they change. This information will be held in strict confidentiality and is a legal requirement for insurance purposes.

Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Classes that are booked in blocks are to ensure your space is always available for you every week. Your sessions are to be used in consecutive weeks on the day agreed at the start of your booking and for face to face ‘live’ and online sessions. All bookings are non-refundable. We offer a cancellation system for block booking which allows an opportunity to reschedule your session which is subject to availability if you know in advance you will miss your regular class. Your cancelled or postponed session must be used within the following seven day calendar week.

In order to qualify, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance of the class time that you are unable to attend. This can be done by logging onto GymCatch app, by text or email to info@louloufitness.com.

Any missed classes without 24 hours notice will be non-refundable. This also applies against Private 1-2-1 sessions. No refunds can be made for missed classes or holidays.

LouLou Fitness holds a strict non-refundable policy

In the event that ‘we’, LouLou Fitness, cancels a class or session that you have booked, you will receive a full refund and/or offered a space in an alternative class if suitable.

Safety
Participation in both group and 1-2-1 sessions is at the individual’s own risk. Always listen to your body and exercise at a pace and level which is best for you. Stop if you feel discomfort and let your instructor know. It is your responsibility to ensure you are capable of carrying out the exercises provided.

Please let your instructor know any changes which may affect your ability to exercise prior to class.

General
For Heath and Safety purposes there is a maximum of people per class ranging from 10 – 20, depending on the size of the space as each class is different. Mobile phones should be switched off or on silent during a class except in exceptional circumstances. Mats and towels are not provided and you will need to bring your own as well as any small equipment such as resistance bands or soft balls. Any small equipment that is provided remains the property of LouLou Fitness at all times.

LouLou Fitness classes will involve hands on correction to ensure safety of technique and that clients achieve their goals.

Clothing is ideally close fitting and unrestricting rather than baggy so that the instructor can see how you are moving & help you more easily. Items with zips and belts are not recommended.

For the comfort and privacy of our clients, visitors to classes are not permitted.

Please do not bring any items of value into the class. We do not accept any liability for any damage or loss to such items.

All parking is at the owner’s own risk

Private 1-2-1s/Small Group Sessions
24 hour cancellation notice is required for private 1-2-1’s and small group lessons. Full payment is required if at least 24 hours notice is not given. If you arrive late for a private 1-2-1 session the session will not be extended and will end at the scheduled time.
