The summer is over…..well kinda….and we are on the countdown to the end of year party season! You’ve guess it, 15 weekends till Christmas, so let’s get our fitness on!
Last week I signed up for the Parkrun and on Saturday I went to Barking Park and completed my first 5k run in 33.13mins. For those of you who don’t know I have taken part in a number of 5k and 10k runs for Race for Life but now I want to improve my running skills and complete the Race for Life 10k 2015 in under a hour……yes less than 60mins. Saturday’s run was hard but I have now got my time to beat so my fitness target has been set.
